Since our anniversary fell on a Sunday we didn't get to do anything fun. But no worries, we had plans. On Wednesday we were able to get tickets to see the play "Wicked". That is a fantastic play, everyone needs to see it. I had no idea what it was really even about. Now after seeing it I cannot get the songs popular and Defying Gravity out of my head. So great!!! Jamie and mom came with us to the play and so we decided to go to dinner first. We ate a PF Chang, which is a rare treat and then headed off to the show. After the show, Ryan and I stayed at the Anniversary Inn (nope, no Jamie and mom). It was pretty cool. We have never been there before and we stayed in the Rio Grande room. It was a great time and I am so grateful that we were able to see Wicked and just have a great week. Ryan took Wednesday, Thursday and Friday off so we played tennis, layed sod in Chad's yard and watched baseball games. What a week.

Then for Easter we had a fun weekend. We went to my dad's on Saturday and had a BBQ and an egg hunt (I didn't have my camera so I'm waiting for Brooke to send me her photos:)). Then the kids stayed and dyed some easter eggs. On Sunday morning Ryan made pancakes in the shape of bunnies, eggs and bacon--so good. We stopped at Grandpa Brad's so he could give the kids an easter treat--Thanks grandpa and Jana. And then we headed over to my mom's house for Easter dinner, an egg hunt and birthday cake since it's my mom's birthday. Happy Birthday mom. We love you a ton!! So lots of fun. Thanks everyone for a fun weekend.
