Two weeks ago my grandma had to go in for surgery to remove some colon cancer that the doctor found. Upon opening her up, they found that she has cancer spread throughout her body. They have given her 6-18 mos left to live. It is so crazy to me to think that you can live for 88 years in basically perfect health and then get hit with cancer. Cancer is just a crazy thing. So we all went up to see her at the hospital and I am just so grateful that she is doing so well. She has taken the news fine. She is an awesome grandma and I have so many wonderful memories with her and of her. She is my last remaining grandparent and I'm definately not ready to let her go. I love you grandma. Thanks for always being there and loving me.
