Abbey's 4!

I cannot believe that my little Abbey is 4. Normally the kids don't get a party until they are 5, but Abbey insisted that she wanted one. She kept inviting her friends to her party, so I figure, I guess. I can reason with a 5 year old better and so she just won't get one next year.

Originally we were going to do the princess theme, but I just didn't have the creativity to go there. So we decided to go with a luau/beach party. We rented a bounce house(although, yes, it was a princess one:)) and borrowed a blow up water slide from my friend, served snow cones and popcorn and ice cream as the treat. Her friend party was in the afternoon and then the family came over later on that evening for a day long celebration:) It was a lot of fun and I'm so glad we were able to have a fun day for her!!

At first her cake was going to be a princess castle, but at the last minute, we scratched that idea and went with a sand castle.
